Exceptional international experience and world-class education characterize Kimberly Valentine-Poska. With 30 years of success in the fields of investment banking and real estate, Kimberly has helped her clients successfully negotiate and close domestic and international transactions valued at over $1 billion.

Kimberly was a Partner with Deloitte, an international professional services firm and the largest public accounting firm in the United States. At Deloitte, she was a managed the investment banking group in Southern California where she assisted domestic and international companies with Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and debt and equity capital funding. Kimberly focused in the areas of Technology, Healthcare and Real Estate.

Kimberly was the Valedictorian of her class at the University of Southern California (USC), graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Finance and Economics. After working for The Koll Company, she earned a MBA from Harvard Business School. She served on the Newport Beach Board of REALTORS® as the Treasurer for six years. Currently, Kimberly serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation.  Also, as a current Board Member of JSerra Catholic High School, she serves on both the finance and athletic committees.
